‘The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 England and Wales or The Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006’

What's Included?

During your service, we cover various tasks to ensure your system is working as it should, including: 

  • Downloading and updating internal software of the unit
  • Visual check of all nozzles installed
  • Run and test the pump unit
  • Test the alarm sounder
  • Re-confirm the layouts of property/installation is still in accordance to confirmed designs 


Your iMist system requires a yearly service, to ensure the system is working as it should, and continues to keep your property safe. 
With each yearly service, you will extend the warranty of your iMist system, giving you consistent peace of mind in your fire suppression system, as well as covering yourself if there are any possible issues with the system prior to service date. 

Technical Specs

The iMist system is constantly undergoing updates in our factory, which means there are always new and up-to-date software developments to be installed onto your system. 

Research and development is important at iMist, and it is important your system is in the most up-to-date software. 


People move on in life, families grow, circumstances change and new homes are made, that’s how life goes.

It’s important to remember that if there is a change of ownership at the address or when contractor handovers the property with our system in, we must be notified as soon as possible, to ensure we have the correct contact.

Your Home

We understand that our servicing team will be coming into your home, and we get that your home is lived in. Your belongings and living environment is respected by our engineers, and don’t worry if you didn’t get a chance to make it spotless, we’re only here to check on the system!
